Upload a guide, document, image, or other supported file for visitors to download.

Add a download block
- Choose a download block in Content and enter a clear title.
- Upload a supported file using the block’s upload control.
- Check the filename and preview, then publish.
- Open the public page and test the download.
Use a supported format
Supported formats are PDF, TXT, CSV, ZIP, EPUB, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, JPG, and PNG. The filename extension must match the actual file type. Rename a misleading filename or export the file in a supported format before uploading.
If a download is unavailable
Check your plan, available storage, and the upload error. If you reach a delivery limit or visitors cannot access a published file, contact support with the page address and filename. Only upload files you are comfortable sharing publicly.
