Collect email subscribers

Add a signup form

1. In Content, add an email signup block.
2. Write the button label and success message, and choose whether to collect names.
3. Add your approved consent wording and privacy-policy URL.
4. Choose whether to use double opt-in and owner notifications.
5. Publish, then test the form from your public page with an address you control.

Find your subscribers

Open Audience and choose subscribers for the selected page or form. Review their status. On Starter or Pro, export active subscribers when you need to use a mailing tool. Yoyo collects signups; use your mailing service to send newsletters.

Check form limits

Form availability and monthly collection limits depend on your plan. Review the allowance and any limit messages shown in Audience. If a confirmation email is missing, check spam and the address entered in the form.
