Receive messages with a contact form
Let visitors send inquiries without leaving your page.

Set up your form
- Add a contact block in Content.
- Choose inline display or a compact button that opens the form.
- Customize the button text and success message, and choose whether a name is required.
- Turn owner notifications on if you want email alerts.
- Publish and send a test message from the public page.
Read your messages
Open Audience for the correct page and select messages. You can view entry details, review unread messages, and export the available records. A Typeform embed sends responses to Typeform instead of this inbox.
If you cannot find a submission
Check that the visitor submitted the published form successfully, then refresh Audience and review the selected page and form filters. Check your plan’s monthly allowance. Email notifications are separate from the stored messages, so look in Audience even if an alert did not arrive.
