Why is a link or content block missing?

Check the content’s visibility

1. Select the right page and open Content.
2. Check the visibility controls on both the block and any links inside it.
3. Look at its schedule. A future start time or a past end time can hide it.
4. Check its tab assignment and open that tab in the preview.

Finish required details

Review warnings for a missing title, destination, upload, or required field. A gallery needs images, a download needs an uploaded file, and selected Instagram posts need a selection. An embed also depends on the source content being publicly available.

Publish and test as a visitor

Publish the corrected draft, open the public address, and visit the relevant tab. If a feature is locked or unavailable, review your plan or connection status. Send support the block type, public page address, and exact warning if it still does not appear.
